Alessi Mediterraneo Napkin Ring

I got 4 at a sale, but needed 2 more, so I bought them here. They are gorgeous and modern and classy, and go perfectly on my table. Modern design, very cool looking, and I've already gotten compliments on them.

These napkin rings are one of the few items with which I have been disappointed from Amazon. For $17.00 apiece ($68.00 for four) they should be spectacular. They are, instead, rather lightweight and barely make the dimensions listed. The opening is small, as well, and will only accommodate the tip of a heavyweight napkin. Not bad enough to go through the hassle of a return, but they won't thrill you either. When you pay seventy bucks for four napkin rings, they should look it.
