If you want a hotel quality towel holder then look elsewhere. It looks cheap, it's too small so it won't hold oversized towels that well. Overall good for small towels and large thin towels. Don't try the thick ones as you won't be able to fit it in without it looking like it's going to fall.

I dont know why I thought this item was going to fit more towels in it, but it absolutely does not. I wanted it to fit just enough towels for the guest bathroom but it barely fits one towel per holder and NO im not trying to put the bath towels in the bottom spot these are normal shower towels and they dont fit in it. I would ship it back but its a hassle. 2 stars because maybe it will work for you.

I knew the towels would be a tight fit (they have to be in order to stay in the holder) but unless you have towels that are on the small side it's nearly impossible to get the towels in the holder. No instructions on how to fold the towels so they do fit. Am returning this item.

I love a product that is practical and attractive. This towel holder is sturdy and hangs easily. I hung this in my bathroom, put pretty towel and wash cloths in it and it looks great, very contemporary.
