Doesn't hold paper towel up right--So when you pull a piece of paper towel off, it rocks back and forth. worthless. not even worth the they charge for it. DO NOT BUY

Was as poorly made and unstable as I expected. However, it was cheaper than the $3.99 el-cheapo wall mounts you can pick up at the local grocery store and I prefer counter top, so I got it, it is what it is, functional for $3 a total rip off for anything more than that.

Your local 99c store probably has a equal or better one for 99c

I love the style of it, and the reason I originally bought it was because it was the cheapest paper towel holder I could find. However, it is quite wobbly one of the bottom knobs is shorter than the other two. Because of this, the paper towels don't sit straight but tilted. Also the stand itself is way taller than an actual roll of paper towels.

Overall, it gets the job done I didn't like my paper towels sitting on the counter, and it matches my modern decor. I think I will eventually replace it though.....its pretty much a piece of crap. I gave it two stars because it was damn cheap and it does do what its supposed to do.
