I bought both the Chelsea in Chrome and the Trafalgar in Satin Nickel for two different bathrooms when I went through our remodel. I absolutely love them both. For thsoe who feel your towel isn't getting warm enough you might want to add an extra towel over the one you want to use so that it acts as an insulator and traps the heat to make the towel nice and warm. The towel isn't meant to be hot like coming out of the drier. You also might want to try leaving your unit running continuously to ensure a warm towel when you do go to use it. Try throwing an extra towel over the one you want to use. That helps make the one you want to use warm and snuggly. I have it in my kids bathroom and they absolutely love getting out of the bath and putting their hooded towels around them.

After living in California for the past 45 years, we moved back to my hometown of Hilo, HI in 2006 the wettest city in the U.S. 135+" annually at sealevel. At our house, rainfall can exceed 200". Humidity is very high, even on bright sunny days. Mildew grows everywhere and on everything. Towels in the bathroom NEVER dry; they're always damp and have a musty smell...unless you have Warmrails! A neighbor tipped us off to them and now we have them in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Towels (and damp clothes) stay dry and clean and always smell fresh! Don't expect immediate drying, but the product performs very well and we are extremely happy with them. Regardless of climate region, we feel that Warmrails should be a standard fixture in all bathrooms. They have made a world of difference in our lives!

Buyer be ware! I receieved a Warmrails Chelsea towel warmer as a gift and it does not work. The rails get hot, but the towel stays cold with the exception of a two inch space where the towel touches the top rail. I followed the instructions to layer towels no improvement. I called the manufacturer and they essentially said tough s---. Save your money and look at another brand.

The towel warmer looks very nice. However, it only warms the towel where the towel touches a rail, and only on 1 side. If hanging more than 1 towel, the one on top does not warm. It also dries the towels out so they are scratchy when used. Towels sometimes smell slightly scorched, as if they were taken out of a high heat dryer.

I loved towel warmers in Europe and was looking forward to the convenience and comfort here in the States, but unfortunately, this WarmRails product was a bitter disappointment and a waste of time.
When I opened the box, the pieces simply did not fit together and the parts included did not match the parts in the instructions. The base was much wide than the warming rack, so it was not possible to screw these pieces together.
It looked like I received two parts from different models, or from older and newer models.
I think it reflects very poorly on the quality of this manufacturer that they wouldn't even bother to ensure that they were shipping a working product.
Now, I've wasted time and have to re-pack this and drop it off at UPS. I hope Amazon reads these reviews and stops carrying products from this manufacturer.
