I was apprehensive about this product due to a couple of reviews saying it is so small. Actually, it is larger and much stronger than I anticipated. I love it! The product is lovely, sturdy, and will easily hold three adult robes, or multiple jackets. Originally I was shipped the wrong item, but the company was very responsive in handling the return. I received the correct product quickly, with return postage for the other item. Very happy with this item and the service!

I was concerned that these might not be strong enough to hang wet towels outside near the hot tub. However, they are strong, made well and look sturdy and attractive.

I got the toilet paper holder and towel rack. I wanted this to match. The finish on this was not smooth like the other pieces. It was very sandy and not evenly coated. It is very small. If you want this item. Take out a ruler and really measure the dimension. The hooks are very small. I ended up hiding it by placing it inside our closet and hanging belts on it. Each hook only holds two belts.
