It is okay, it is not as sturdy as you would think, the quality is very average. It was very difficult to install and screw into the wall, the pegs on the side are in the way so it is difficult to get around that in order to screw the screws in... It's pretty and it's a nice decoration for your bathroom. According to the paper in the box and the warnings outside of it, the MAX WEIGHT is 7 pounds. I did not see that listed in the description. Also, I would confirm the size, if that is a concern. The one I ordered was this one "Large Paris Brushed Satin Nickel Towel Rack Hotel Train Rack Shelf Hooks" The description states that the shelf is "Overall 26" wide , shelf 24" by 8" high, extends out from wall 9 3/4"." The box says it is 24"W by 6.2"H... Just not very accurate in the description. When I click on my order in Amazon, it shows that I ordered this one, "20" Paris Brushed Satin Nickel Towel Rack Hotel Train Rack Shelf Hooks" The description for this shelf states, "18" wide Shelf, Overall 20" wide by 8" high, extends out from wall 9 3/4"." The seller is the same, "YouRemodel" If size is a big deal to you, I would make sure you email them to confirm the size you will receive. The size listed in both of YouRemodel's descriptions do not indicate the size of the product. According to the manufactures website, there are two sizes, one is "20" Towel Bar, Three Sliding Robe Hooks, Hotel Style Towel Shelf Overall Size: 24" W x 9 3/4" H" (Model #: 01-1047) and the other is 18" (Model #: 02-D1047CORB). I do like it though, just don't put anything other than towels on it. ;)

I looked for a very long time for a hotel-style towel rack for our master bath. I couldn't understand why I couldn't find any, when the house we had moved from had them in all bathrooms. (The fact that those towel racks were mentioned in the sales write-up on that house should have tipped me off, I suppose.)

I finally found "The Large Paris Oil Rubbed Bronze Towel Rack Hotel Train Rack with Shelf Hooks." It looked very promising. When we got it, it was only OK. It's awfully light-weight, which was a disappointment; it looked nice and heavy in the pictures. The color wasn't exactly what we expected, either. However, it will do the trick.

I am the type who likes to see and feel objects before I purchase them. But for some reason, I could not locate one of these in any bricks-and-mortar store. Yet I did get what I wanted...sort of.

I love this towel rack, but because the hooks can move and they do jostle a little when you put a towel on the hook and take it off, the bronze paint on the bar the hooks are on gets scratched and you can see the metal underneath. If it were not for the scratches, I'd give this a 5 star.

I wanted a towel rack to hang in the back of my walk-in shower this is perfect. Towels are within handy reach and you can hang other items close by as well. The quality and finish are very nice and all hanging hardware was included.

Most other reviewers have already noticed the same things. I had to super glue the hooks and lower bar in place, so they wouldn't move. The piece is really lightweight (hollow). It serves the function I wanted it for, but only because I couldn't find anything else in the right style. I really wanted the hooks that stood well away from the wall...so my towels dried thoroughly. It does do a good job at that.
