I was so excited when I received this because it looked so nice. When we tried to install we found that the bottom bar was just a wee bit wider than the top...by less than 1/8". However it was enough that we would have had to bow the mounting brackets out and it would have looked awful on the wall. When I saw the original retail price of over $100 I assumed that the quality of this towel bar would be good. It was not. No one would pay over $100 for this item once they saw it in person.
