Dispenses towels very well, has good capacity, looks nice, and was a great price. It would have been nice if mounting screws were included.

Before I purchased the dispenser I had the towels stacked by the sink. Big mistake. They fell over, got wet and ended up being messy. After I purchased it the kids used it all the time. Easy to install and so far no problems.

The only negative I can think of is they give you this plastic key which left me wondering why? I guess if they are used in commercial or business you would need a key, but for a house? Oh well not a big deal. Buy it you won't regret.

Ordering another one we put it in our kitchen and now we want one in our bathroom (maybe both). May sound strange for the kitchen thing... but seriously, the towels are a better size and strength than regular rolled paper towels and are cheaper (we buy a big box of them at Sams/Costco). Easier to access than the roll kind when hands are grubby and full of other things. Kids love it! I love it... Hubby loves it it just plain works without the hassles of the roll thing. Kinda cheapish plastic build, but that made it light enough to gently hang on the side of a cabinet. And it is plenty strong for our use. Not so sure how it would hold up in a commercial environment (I happen to do Janitorial as well and work with the metal ones all the time but the industrial look was not going to work well in my kitchen or bath). Plus this is a much more reasonable price. This is sleek looking and low profile very useful at home, and cost effective.

It's all plastic, so great for outside because ti can't rust. The blue-gray color goes well with a gray house, it dispenses towels very well, and has rounded corners so it looks good hanging up by the barbeque and the utility sink. It hold 4 packs of towels. Can't beat the price or Amazon!
