Rustic Metal Cocktail Napkin Holder Unusual Style

The picture makes it look like this napkin holder has a "rustic" etching in it, and that the metal is sort of "antique" finished. But it is actually very shiny and is more of a "mottled" (versus etched) metal. I'd call modern style versus rustic.
