InterDesign Axis Fingertip Towel Holder

This holder developed rust on the horizontal arms and has been leaving rust stains on my towels. The holder is chrome finished but is not made of stainless steel. Unless you are absolutely sure all the towels you hang from it are dry, this holder will be useless in a few months.

This towel holder is tall enough to hold regular-size hand towels off the countertop. It's lightweight but sturdy, and I like that it's designed simply to match any bathroom decor; I can continue to use this as I change styles or move to a different home. With regular hand towels on it (I don't have fingertip towels), I can barely see the base. Glad I got this one instead of something heavier/more expensive.

Not the best but it will suffice. The base is wide and built such that it will give the product stability. I just got it so haven't tested it fully but don't believe it will fall over when you pull off the towel with normal pulling force. The base is uneven and rocks on my grouted tile counter. I thought it was due to the difference in grout to tile but it also rocked on the floor and desk as well. I have place a rubber gripper below it and that has prevented the rocking.

I bought this for my bathroom counter based on reviews that it would hold the longer hand towels, and it does. But when I found out that the new bathroom cabinet has a place for hanging hand towels, I decided to try the stand next to the kitchen sink. Perfect! I purchased two of these towel holders and love them!

The holders stand much taller than I had anticipated. As it turned out, the height proved to be of great benefit for my bathroom set-up. I like the idea of using this holder, which accommodates a regular sized hand towel, vs. the smaller versions which hold finger towels. I find that the smaller towels do not fully dry in time when used often and house guests may wind up having to dry their hands off with a damp towel.

My vanity areas aren't large but they're not tiny either. I do not keep a lot of things on my vanity either. If you have a very small vanity area or if you tend to keep a lot of products out on your vanity, this may take up too much space for your liking.

I would absolutely purchase this item again if I had another bathroom.
