It's not a bad product, just not an awesome one. You can call it acrylic double injected whatever, it still seems like cheap plastic to me. A bit on the small side, I'm annoyed that it can't accommodate a loaf of sandwich bread plus 4 rolls. Also, my cover / cutting board came a bit warped, so mine doesn't close completely. I paid $55 for this? Not worth the price. Find it for cheap if you want it, or take mine... I'm upgrading...
