Towel Spa

I was really excited about this product, but I tried using it for several months and finally gave up and took it to the thrift store. In order to heat my towel, I had to run the heat cycle twice (once barely heated it at all and only on one half the towel), but it won't allow you to extend the original cycle until it finishes and even then it forces you to wait several moments before you can run a second cycle. So I had to run it once and wait a couple minutes before taking a shower, then hit the button and take my shower. If I timed it just right (short shower) I could get a relatively warm towel, but not hot, and not a long lasting warmth like a towel out of the dryer. It would be cool again in about 1 minute. Also the heating element is in the top of the unit near the lid, so if you throw in a small towel or clothes item like a shirt, it won't be anywhere near the heater and it won't warm up AT ALL. This was very disappointing to me. Considering the bulky size of this appliance and the annoying amount of work required to get a small bit of benefit from it, it was not worth keeping.

Shipped fast, packaged well, works great! Whole family loves this especially the toddler! Nothing beats getting out of the shower on a cold winter day and have a warm towel waiting for you. Works great and better looking and less expensive then the big racks!

I bought this for my fiancée who is a baby when it comes to getting out of a hot shower and having to face the cold air. It works well and we have both enjoyed using it. However, I bought this one because of the fair price, so it's probably not the best towel warmer out there. This towel spa just gets parts of the towel warm, so I'm sure there's are better products that are better at warming the whole towel. We're not very picky though and have used it often.

This Towel Warmer is good. It works better though when you just throw your towel in there rather then rolling it up. Essentially it is just a metal surface that warms up and heats the towel that way. If you roll it up, it will only heat up the outside of the towel, and the inside will remain cool.
