ROOSTER DESIGN BROWN SUGAR DISKS - SET OF 3

I accidentally threw out the two I already had and it took only days for the newly opened and tightly triple-wrapped bag of brown sugar to resemble a brick. So out went the new bag. I did two things: bought an airtight brown sugar container and this set of disks to use with it. Now it's three months later and I can still dip into the container with a spoon and have lovely crumbly brown sugar to use however I want. If you haven't tried these disks you should. I highly recommend an airtight container, too one or the other isn't enough for longer term storage . Highly recommended for anyone who would like to use a just-bought bag of brown sugar more than once before having to throw it out and buy another one.

I got one of these a several years ago for my brown sugar container. It works like a charm. I get a few whenever I can find them and and give them to cooks that don't know how to keep their brown sugar moist inbetween uses.

I love these discs. The design is adorable and they work just like they are supposed to. I am very glad I bought these. I bought these disks for my brown sugar and raisins. I soaked them per instructions but they dried out very quickly in the containers and didn't seem to help. I'll keep trying for now.
