This product works well if you know how to use it. In order to change the roll, the entire arm slides out. But anyone who doesn't know this expects it to open like a hinge. So, it gets forced that way and becomes loosened over time. So now I have a holder that it so loose, the roll falls out when I try to tear off a sheet.
