I love this towel rack. There was one snafu the very top bar was slightly too long so it was very difficult to attach. Luckily my Hub is very strong and was able to force it on. I think my particular purchase was returned and reshipped, likely for the same reason. It is a quality piece and probably this is an isolated problem. I should have exchanged but didn't want the hassle. Otherwise it was an easy assembly and just looks fabulous!Save $0.02 Off
