This is a really nice looking napkin holder, however, it isn't very functional because the arm that holds the napkins in place is too rigid. Basically, when you try to remove a napkin without lifting up the arm, which is somewhat difficult, the napkin often rips. Overall, it's a stylish piece of junk.

Holds napkins well. I think a little too well. Hoping it will loosen up with use. It's a bit high maintenance for cleaning but not an issue as of yet.
