This is good product and shipping was on time but I did have to use different screws. The ones in the package were too short for my needs.

Home Depot, Lowes, and Stein had no clue what I was talking about when I asked about this thing. I spent 2 minutes search the internet for it and I came across this thing. Why even go to the "pros" when I can do it quicker and cheaper myself? This thing served it's purpose wonderfully. Once you mount it and adjust the angle you just drop the shower head into it and you're golden.
