Teak Towel Rack, Indoor, Outdoor, Free Standing

When I ordered this towel rack, I didn't realize that it came unfinished. It is smooth, and can be used as-is, but after assembling it, I gave it a light sanding, and then finished it with teak oil to match the other teak in my bathroom. It is high quality wood with nice grain, the rack is nice and sturdy, and I am very happy with it. If you are expecting it to come with a finish, however, you may be in for a little more work than you had anticipated.

The rack was broken out of the box and returning it has been a hassle. Further, my credit card has not been reimbursed for the purchase. We returned the rack Federal Express on the 4th of January and still no reimbursement of the purchase. How long does the take? If I could contact them myself I would but there is no phone number on any piece of documentation. What kind of a company is this?

This item is just as pictured. I found it easy to assemble. It is a sturdy, durable, solid quality teak towel rack.

While it is not the top quality piece like Westminister Teak products, it offers a very good price with acceptable quality. A few minutes of sanding, filing, and finessing turned it into a piece that matches the other ones we have from the big "W".
