Umbra Teardrop Die-Cast Metal Double Hook

Very strong. Bought one and liked it so much I bought 3 more.This looks good but was a little tricky to put up. The little screw you have to use an (included) allen wrench on was tricky to get in. Made my hand cramp up.

I usually love Umbra products, but this one falls short. I've had the hook up for a year now and it is starting to pry away from the wall.. The weight of two wet towels has finally taken it's toll and this hook needs to be replaced. At first, the two hooks were fine, it worked great for 6 months. Now, however, since it is coming away from the wall the two hooks only hold one towel. {towel has to be draped over both of them to stay off the floor}.

So 3 stars = not terrible, if you are screwing into wood = great! But I screwed into wall with drywall screws and it has only lasted a year. I'm not looking forward to patching the holes it's going to leave behind..

I will probably remount this in my closet as an extra handy hook for purses or something.

It goes on the wall easy enough but the packaging it comes in is ridiculous. Why does something so little need a box 4 times the size.
