This dispenser is amazing! It works flawlessly. Love how it sucks back in the extra towels you don't use. Everyone who comes over asks where I found such a cool device. We absolutely love it and it was so easy to install.

I always like having cool gadgets and this is certainly one of them.

Looks so much better than the ones in public bathroom, not too sensitive which is good because we always walk past/stand in front of it when doing dishes. A little bulky in my opinion but there aren't much choices in the marketplace.

Overall a good product, meet my expectation, serves its purpose. Just a little too pricey for a towel dispenser.

I've been looking for a towel holder/dispenser that dispenses only one sheet at a time of Bounty Select-a-Size. And because of my kitchen configuration, it must be mounted on the wall or under cabinet over the sink, which means it can't unravel into the sink. I've tried many manual units, none of which met all of my criteria. Until the Innovia. The engineering is great. Easy mounting, easy set up. It dispenses up to five sheets at a time, and rolls back what you don't use. I've been using it for several weeks and it has worked flawlessly. Given the ever rising price of paper towels, if it has a decent lifetime, it should pay for itself (I've already spent more than the Innovia's price on manual dispensers).

Bought this dispenser at a Home & Garden show in Orlando (March 2013). Looks great . . . love the way it conceals the paper towel and it has very classy look. Easy to install (even a caveman can do it) and it operates flawlessly. It uses a battery or AC adapter for power (I use the adapter).

Love the ease of grabbing just what I need, the rest retracts correctly. Bought the black model to match the rest of my appliances, just wish they described the stainless/ silver panels on it. I have no other stainless in the kitchen and it sorta stands out. Perhaps they could change the black model to ALL black!
