I bought one of these for use as a shower towel holder. I was so happy with it (and I am not exaggerating) that I bought a second one several weeks later to hang next to the first. I prefer a screw mount rather than an adhesive mount since these are attached to the wall next to my shower. An adhesive mount, I feared, would soon fail due to the constant moisture emanating from the shower. For that reason alone, I recommend the screw-on mount version of this towel hook.
