absolutely love it! we had the family over for christmas so come dinner time, we were using it constantly. the small children even helped out, as it was fun for them to get the paper towels for us. my husband used to tear off 2-3 sections each time. now he tears off just enough,and remarked himself that we would be saving on towels. changing roll of paper towels is so easy. if i had any complaint at all, it would be to send shorter screws also. i chose to screw up into the shelf,using spacers,and really had to be careful to not come all the way thru the shelf. i have no intention of ever going back to any other kind of paper towel dispenser! thank you so much.
