Seems somewhat silly to be searching online for pot holders, however to find terry cloth pot holders that aren't so stiff that they feel like an atrophied pancake is more difficult than can be imagined.

This item has a variety of colors to choose from, and since I was looking for the mocha shade this product was perfect. They wash up nicely and are soft and durable. judy

Terry cloth pot holders are just about impossible to find, except on Amazon. I like them because they are not heavy or stiff and conform easily to whatever pot or pan you are lifting. This is especially important if you have arthritic hands. I just toss the pot holders in the wash when they get dirty. I was amazed at Amazon's color selection -usually, when I can find terry cloth pot holders in a bricks-and-mortar store, I take whatever color I can find. I bought a dozen in a color of my choice -amazing! They are a real find.

Saw this product as having very high reviews, and was looking to make a change from our old stand-by, Williams & Sonoma potholders. This once is functional and well made, just not as thick or heat-absorbtive as we're used to. Relegated to the bottom of the pile, & we stocked up on the old stand-by models again.

These were just what I wanted, they wash up beautifully (don't put them in the dryer for the best results). They aren't too thick so they fit in the drawer nicely too, not too thin either. I am very happy with the product, service and the color.
