It works perfectly and looks good sitting on the counter. I'm thinking of ordering one for my parents. They like gadgets that work.

product works just on borderline acceptability................. can be improved further to make it perform better. have to tear the paper towels carefully to avoid getting it wrinkled....... for further subsequent dispensing. good concept that can be improved to potentially deliver reliable functionality..... but not there yet!
