The metal is pretty flimsy. It came out of the box a little banged up, but I was able to bend it back into shape. It tears the towels when it dispenses them, so occasionally you have to pull out the torn pieces. It's a nice finish and it holds towels, but I won't buy this product again.Save 58% Off
