After going through a major bathroom remodeling project, we knew we needed the right towel rack to fit in just the right spot. It was a relief to find a hotel style towel rack in the size and finish (satin nickel)we needed. It arrived promptly, and was easy to assemble. It is not only very sturdy, looks great!

I looked for alot of hotel towel racks and you will find this one fits the bill. Solidly constructed and works in small areas. Good find!

I was very happy with the Hotel Towel Rack. It was nice quality, easy to put together and the price was right. If you have shopped hotel racks you will see how expensive hotel racks can be.

The only thing is, I would have liked it to be in the 24" size... I think it would be fit the towels a little better.

I actually purchased four of these racks, two for my previous home and two for my current one. They are very high quality and well packaged. This unit provides up to 3 separate "towel bars" and a shelf at the top. My wife just uses the two lower bars for towels and washrags and the top shelf only for extra towels.

Assembly is trivial and they provide the needed Allen wrench. One thing you need to do is to "square up" the unit before tightening all of the fasteners that hold the bars in place. I found the best way to do this was to snug the fasteners down, lay the unit on the floor, and then use a carpenter's square to make sure everthing is true before final tightening.

The manufacturer suppies mounting screws and two types of drywall inserts. The first type is just your standard drywall fastener. The second type is also for drywall but has "wings" that would hold it more securely to a wall if you expect a lot of force to be applied (by, maybe your children). Since it's not always easy to know when you will or will not hit a "stud", I always drill a small hole where I want to fasten the first screw. If I hit wood, then I just use the wood screw. If not, I've been using the standard drywall fastener. With the first screw in place, level the unit and mark the remaining holes.

Since the top shelf sticks out about 9", you might want to make sure that it will not interfere with anything else, like a mirror or door.

We ordered one for a new bathroom. Like the simple lines and utility, also wanted brushed nickel. It is very substantial and easy to assemble and install. My husband liked the first one, so I ordered a second one for a second bathroom. I rated it four stars instead of five only because the second item ordered did not include the screws needed to attach it to the wall. It was easier and quicker just to pick up the needed hardware instead of contacting the company. But the package REALLY should have had everything included.
