I purchased two towel rings. My rings arrived with one hole only. One screw hole is not enough to secure and anchor a wrought iron object to the wall...especially an item that will be moved and pulled about like a towel ring. Amazon customer service was very helpful in making this sale right. Amazon sent a prepaid return label and issued a credit to me for my original shipping and handling.
This is an antique gold towel ring & matches our faucets in our 1/2 bath. It looks great & the fleur-de lis is quite appropriate for our City!. Would recommend it.
