This is a real conversation piece. The "A Di Alessi" line markets itself as accessible to everyone, though I find it to be whimsical more than anything. Comes exactly as pictured. Whole thing is made of plastic so it's not very heavy...knowing that, you may have to hold it down while you tear off sheets. The non-slip rubber pads on the bottom help a little bit, but not enough.

The bunny spins around on its base. Have needed a paper towel holder and will probably have this for the rest of my life.

The husband loves his Alessi so this was a Christmas gift. Some Alessi stuff is definitely more form over function but not this awesome paper towel holder. Love it. Only problem is I noticed that certain brands of paper towels make tubes that are touch too snug to fit over the carrot. Otherwise, no complaints.
