This towel rack works nicely and would be five stars, but for two issues. First, it does not come with any mounting hardware. It would have been nice for them to have some matching wall bolts so the mounting looked finished. Second, the lower bar with the towel hooks freely rotates around the bar axis, and is only held in place by friction from the circular heads on the ends. There is no good way to tighten these without marring them.
