Very nice, shiny, and heavyweight enough not to tip over easily. One arm angles down slightly, the other angles up slightly. I carefully braced it and bent each arm just a tad so they were parallel. I don't advise it to anyone else as they may possibly break off. I keep mine on the bath room counter to drape my face cloth over the whole top to dry. Nicely matches my other shiny brass bath fittings, decor, faucet, etc. Very happy with my purchase!Save 40% Off
