Star Home Rooster Paper Towel Holder

I was very pleased with the appearance of this item, the order process and service provided from seller. I have had this item for less than one month and already a problem. The screw that is inside the rooster which is the top has already fallen out. Apparently not sealed in very well. The screw is a significant part as it holds the two pieces in place once the paper towel roll is inserted. As stated, pleased with the appearance but extremely disappointed with quality.
