Rubbermaid 2361-RD-WHT Paper Towel Holder

This is a very flimsy item thin plastic casing. I think it will work (the roll hasn't fallen out yet, but I just received it yesterday), but I was expecting better from a Rubbermaid product.

This item works well, but is very flimsy, and could break apart easily. I thought I was going to receive a higher quality item (being made by Rubbermaid). It will do what it is intended to do, but you have to take care of it since is it not hard plastic.

I am a very health conscious person. I wash my hands ALOT during the day and I wanted a good looking, practical paper towel holder that wouldn't break the bank. So I buy one of these rubbermaid paper towel holders and mount it on the wall. The very first time I pull the towel off of the roll and go to rip it off, the whole roll falls into my dish water and the roll is ruined! Needless to say, that was the only time I used this item and I strongly suggest buying a better paper towel holder then this one!

I like the holder, it's a great design for adding and removing towel rolls. What I didn't like was the rubbermaid sticker label on the front of it. It was a pain to remove the label and I had to use acetone to clean off the gooey mess the glue left behind. Why do companies insist on putting their sticky labels on the front of the products they sell? Why can't they put them on the back where the mess of removing them doesn't matter so much?
