Perfect Tear Paper Towel Holder, Wood

Aside from the fact that it's a cheap piece of garbage (I had to bend it back into shape upon receiving it, and it's too light to keep itself in place when you pull a towel off.), it's also got a little bolt sticking out of the bottom that extends beyond the little rubber feet and scratches any surface you use it on. Wha...???

It was received broken. The inside box had a hole in it and the towel stem was broken off. I feel it was done before it was shipped as there was no damage to the outside box.

This paper towel holder is really beautiful. I bought it to use in my new office's kitchen. I thought it was very easy to figure out (there were no instructions in the box), but apparently it was more difficult for some of my co-workers. But after I explained it to them, now everyone is happy with it.
