InterDesign Bruschia Wall mount Rack, 4 Hooks, Brushed Nickel/Chrome

What's good:

I love how this looks on my wall. The hooks have a good heavy feel to them, and they are secured well enough to support the weight of 4 heavy jackets. The metal backplate is hollow, but once it is screwed on, no one will notice.

What's not so good:

The anchors that come with the rack are small, plastic, and flimsy. I wouldn't trust them to support 4 jackets. If you want this not to rip out of your wall, the easiest way to do it is just to buy some separate, high-quality anchors, either from Amazon or the hardware store.

I bought the Toggler SnapSkru anchors (#8 fastener size) off Amazon for a few dollars. These were quite sturdy and fit the coat-rack very well (might even go a size smaller...these anchors were almost too big for the job). Installation took about 10 minutes, the rack now easily supports 4 heavy coats, and best of all, it looks great!

Spend a few extra cents to start including sturdy anchors with your product, and I'll happily up this review to 5 stars.

I bought these hangers (3 of them) strictly because of the style and look. They look great and function well, but as another reviewer mentioned, you need different anchors to install them. I installed them and had a few people over that same evening and one pulled right out after 5 coasts were hung. The other two were barely hanging on after the night was over. After patching the wall, I got the good metal expansion anchors from Home Depot and haven't had an issue since.

Sleek, simple, sturdy, and stylish. Unfortunately the anchors included in the package were flimsy plastic. My husband had to purchase toggle anchors to add strength to the mount. We are actually using these to hang clothes and towels on so they aren't just on the wall to look nice! Now that they are mounted securely we love them!

This is a farily solid hook system. Yes it's hollow in the back and the hooks are attached with rivets. I wouldn't expect to be putting tons of weight on these hooks anyway. For coats and things it should be OK.
