I was a bit disappointed when I received this paper towel rack. The colors were accurate, but he quality is very poor. To have spent $25.00 and have the wood already blistering, is frustrating!!!! Wouldn't buy it again, that's for sure!!
The top and front grapes unscrew. If you screw them down tight, they are not "flush" facing the same way, so you have to just screw them down then unscrew a little so they face correctly. It's not quality as the grapes are plastic painted only on the outside, kinda cheesy, but I like how well it goes with the greens and purples in my kitchen. Luckily, these are more of a dark grape purple and not a red purple. It does it's job keeping my paper towels off the counter top so they don't get wet. I like how the bottom grapes help a little in holding the roll still while you tear, especially because I often don't have a second hand free.

I rated the paper towel holder with four stars because every time you have to change the paper towels you have to unscrew the top and rescrew it back. The paper towels don't fit over it. Other than that , it's pretty.
