The picture does not do this towel rack justice. It is very sturdy, and upscale looking enough to go well in any bathroom.

The brackets on the top are nice and wide and have little pads on them to protect your door. The hooks are unusual looking, pretty, and highly functional. We use this in our master bath on the door of our water closet to hang robes, towels, and pajamas; it's nice because it is so attractive, functional, and well-made. In addition, I've never seen one like it anywhere. It may seem expensive compared to others, but considering the quality, I think it's a bargain.

Very disappointed. I was excited when I found this towel holder. I've been searching for one that I like for my guest bathroom door. I love the look of this one, and the reviews were great. But I was amazed when I got this and discovered it didn't even come close to fitting over what I thought was a standard interior door. It is not even close. It's not worth the effort for me to return it for such a small cost. I'm out the purchase price. Maybe I can find someone I know who has thinner doors in their home. Be sure your door is no thicker than 1 1/4" before you order this rack. My doors are 1 3/8".

I ordered 2 of these racks for my bathroom doors because I had never seen a rack similar to this one in any store. The racks are unusually attractive, and even artistic looking, with 5 staggered hooks. My old racks had difficulty holding onto towels and robes so I was constantly picking things up off the bathroom floor. The hooks on these racks are deep and have prominent ends, which hold robes and towels securely until you take the item off yourself. I am very happy with this purchase.

This is just what we were looking for to hang multiple towels. We have an enclosed shower stall and it hangs off the back of it, making the towels easy to reach. Also works well to hang pool towels.
