This is a quality soap dish, and a bargain compared to some other similar soap dishes that cost (amazingly) up to $150. It is solidly made and heavy-not a hollow or cheap design. Note that the porcelain piece does not detach, which might make cleanup a bit more difficult, but it also means that the overall design is sturdier and will last longer, and I'll happily take that tradeoff.My only complaint was that there were no installation instructions, but I e-mailed the company and they sent me an e-mail instruction page within 12 hours, which is good service in my book. It was not rocket science to install, but there are a couple of plastic pieces included whose fit and functions are not obvious. Instructions should be included, or at least posted on their website.

The quality of the soap dish is very nice. I can't give 5 stars for two reasons: no instructions included (as others have mentioned) and the setscrew installation was the most difficult I have encountered. The instructions were quickly emailed to me when I requested them but should have been in the box.
